SUMMARY: A Texas ATF agent, Stuart Dyson, has disappeared. When the local investigation stalls, FBI Tracker Adrian Dillard arrives in Laredo to find out why. He’s not greeted with open arms. Plagued by the resentment from the local agents, his every lead dead ends—literally. As the body count rises, Adrian’s uncanny intuition kicks into high gear. Who knows more than they are telling?

The BookViral Review: An intelligent, intrigue infused crime novel with a hint of the paranormal A u 7 9 is the third instalment in Dickason’s explosive Tracker series. As always she brings a powerful sense of visual energy and imagination to her stories and A u 7 9 is no exception. Yes, there are familiar elements made new, but with an engrossing plot and a strong cast of fully developed characters, her latest release is its own creature, taking inspiration from classic crime thrillers, but adding a gritty sense of realism and supernatural overtures that make the series feel wholly authentic. With Adrian Dillard and Cat Morgan taking point, Dickason again demonstrates her ability to create high-minded and energetic characters.  Like all good page-turners the pacing is quick and agile without being frenzied but as with Dickason’s previous releases, it’s the procedural knowledge that underpins her work which makes it so endearing and A u 7 9 is at its best when it focuses on the sheer enormity of the threat facing her elite tracker unit.

A riveting and suspenseful page-turner. the release of A u 7 9 sees Dickason’s series go from strength to strength. Sure to be favourably received by her fans it is recommended without reservation.
