The BookViral Review:

Another superbly entertaining read in the Switch series from Ardie Stallard Queen of the Damnedest takes up Felicia and Joe’s story from The Taming of the Switch and its full-on action from the very start!

Joe’s nine weeks into a new job as Chief Detective Inspector of a clandestine federal task force and Felicia’s about to find out that vampires are real though perhaps not in the way she imagined them! Add in a kidnapping, a submissive adolescent count who’s decided Felicia is his Queen and an intimidating ex of Joe’s with unfinished business and the scene is set for a new adventure where things may not be what they seem!

Of course, there are the twists, colourful new characters and unexpected surprises readers have come to expect from Stallard but as with other novels in the Switch series, Queen of the Damnedest is first and foremost a cracking good story which benefits not only from absorbing BDSM scenes but an intriguing plot.

A novel that stylishly defies the usual categories and gets under your skin in ways you cannot anticipate Felica and Joe (and Eoj of course) were simply made for each other and when you read Stallard’s words you quickly become enraptured by the essence of their characters.

With a narrative that swings between laugh out loud hilarious and super edgy, they quickly come vividly to life with each book and each release is like being reunited with old friends whilst the sexual chemistry is amongst the best you will find in the genre.

If you have yet to delve into Stallard’s Switch series, don’t hesitate because you won’t be disappointed with Switch III: Queen of the Damnedest being highly recommended!
