Travis is no longer driven purely by purpose; he is dealing with doubt, fatigue, and the pull of a life beyond the conflict. This tension gives the narrative weight, keeping even the most action-heavy moments tied to something more personal.
Around him, the story is shaped by a core group of characters who each bring a distinct perspective. Crystal plays a key emotional role, with her decisions reflecting the strain placed on those closest to Travis.
