Payment

If you sign up for a service BookViral Reviews provides we will bill you for the service you select. You agree to pay BookViral Reviews all charges at the prices then in effect for your use of this Site’s services (this to include valid discount codes at such time) using the payment method you select from the choices accepted by BookViral Reviews and any applicable taxes, and you authorize BookViral Reviews to charge the card you provide (your “Payment Card”) through the provider of your chosen Payment Card (the “Payment Card Provider”) for the services you select. The terms of your payment will be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit/debit card issuer or other Payment Card Provider. If BookViral Reviews does not receive payment from your Payment Card Provider, BookViral Reviews reserves the right to bill you and you agree to pay all amounts due on your account upon demand. All prices are in British Sterling (UK Pounds) and do not include Internet service provider, telephone, or other connection charges. Any legal fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent undisputed amounts will be the responsibility of and paid for by you.

You hereby authorize BookViral Reviews to post a review of any Publication submitted by you in any BookViral Reviews related media.

BookViral Reviews prides itself on its long standing history of publication of unbiased literary reviews. You understand and acknowledge that reviews will not be made available to authors prior to publication. You may not agree with the specific content of any review and may feel that it is not flattering or does not portray the Publication in a positive manner. In the event you feel that factual information stated in a review may be inaccurate, you may advise us and we may determine to correct the information in our sole discretion. Once you submit details of your book for review consideration and a subsequently select a review option you may not:
Use this Site in an unlawful manner or to promote unlawful conduct or in a manner likely to give rise to civil liability;                                                                          Engage in dialogue (by email or any other means) with officers, employees and agents of BookViral Reviews that is considered;  aggressive, threatening, harassing, profane, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, deceptive, fraudulent or abusive by the receiver. SUCH BEHAVIOUR WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF SERVICE;                                                         
Impersonate, or misrepresent your affiliation with, any other person or entity;
Engage in spamming or “flooding”;
Frame this Site;
Use this Site in any way that disrupts, interferes with or restricts the use of this Site by others;
